CAT5 Ethernet cable

Category 5 network cable (CAT5) is a 100-megabit Ethernet transmission cable, with a core support for a transmission rate of 100Mbps and an operating frequency of 100MHz. Bandwidth is the core difference: Category 5 network cables only support 100-megabit transmission, while Category 5e can support gigabit transmission, which is the most essential difference between the two.
Process optimization determines performance: Super Category 5 has optimized the pitch and material on the basis of Category 5, without increasing the frequency, but its anti-interference ability has been significantly enhanced, meeting the requirements of gigabit transmission.

Suggestions for B-end procurement
If the customer's requirements are for monitoring in old residential areas or temporary office networking, Category 5 network cables are recommended to reduce procurement costs.
If the customer's requirements are for enterprise office, gigabit monitoring, and smart home wiring, we give priority to recommending Category 5e network cables to avoid rework due to insufficient bandwidth in the later stage.
For engineering pre-burial, it is recommended to directly choose the super Category 5 oxygen-free copper shielded type, which has strong compatibility and a longer service life.
