1. Use the wire-cutting edge of the wire crimper to cut the appropriate length of the wire cable.
2. Use the wire-cutting edge of the wire crimper to trim the wire ends evenly. Then, insert the wire ends into the stripping knife slot, allowing the wire ends to touch the guard plate. Gently hold the wire crimper and rotate it slowly, using the knife edge to cut through the protective rubber coating of the twisted pair wire and remove the coating.
3. Each pair of wires is intertwined with each other. When making the wire cable, separate the 8 wires one by one and arrange them neatly according to the specified wire sequence.

4. Stretch and flatten the wire cable as much as possible. Arrange one end in the order of white green, green, white orange, blue, white blue, orange, white brown, and brown from left to right. 6. After confirming that all the wires are in place and the wire sequence is correct, push the crystal head into the slot of the wire crimper and firmly grip the wire crimper. Press all the protruding pins of the crystal head into the crystal head.

At this point, it is best to press the crystal heads at both ends again with the network cable clamp, and then test again. If the fault still persists, check whether the arrangement of the core wires at both ends is the same. If they are not the same, cut off one end and re-make the crystal head according to the arrangement of the core wires of the other end. If the arrangement of the core wires is the same, but the tester still shows red or yellow lights after re-testing, it indicates that there is definitely poor contact for the corresponding core wire. At this point, there is no choice but to cut off one end and re-make the crystal head according to the arrangement of the core wires of the other end. Then test again. If the fault disappears, there is no need to re-make the crystal head of the other end. Otherwise, the original crystal head of the other end must also be cut off and re-made. Until all the tests show green indicator lights flashing.
