The core application of the eight types of flat wires is "to leverage their unique advantages in appropriate scenarios" - in short-range high-speed scenarios (≤30 meters), the 40Gbps performance is highlighted; in space-constrained scenarios, the flat and invisible advantages are exerted; in strong interference scenarios, a dual shielding design is relied upon. Whether it is the aesthetic and performance requirements of home users, or the efficiency and flexibility needed by commercial users, their application can precisely match the demands, and at the same time provide the core selling point of "scenario-based solutions" for foreign trade marketing, enhancing the persuasiveness to customers.
Transmission distance limitation: At a 40Gbps rate, it should be controlled within ≤30 meters. If it exceeds 30 meters, Cat6a/Cat7 should be selected to avoid performance degradation;
Installation specifications:
The bending radius should be ≥6 times the width of the cable to avoid excessive bending that damages the shielding layer;
Stay away from power lines (≥30cm), frequency converters and other strong interference sources to ensure the anti-interference effect;
Use special flat wire clips for fixation to avoid deformation of the cable caused by circular wire clips;
Compatibility matching: It needs to be paired with equipment that supports 40Gbps (such as 10-gigabit network cards with RJ45 interfaces, switches), otherwise the full-speed performance cannot be exerted;
Material selection: For long-term use or industrial scenarios, OFC oxygen-free copper + LSZH (low smoke, low halogen) materials should be chosen, which have better durability and safety.
